The BEST system produces a series of detailed printable reports that can be used to evaluate food sensitivities, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, hormonal balances and meridian balances based on the acupuncture points of the hands and feet.

These reports give valuable insights into the balance of health within the individual and advice can then be given in relation to dietary and lifestyle changes.
